This rack of lamb was a creation I did to my family 2 christmas ago. It was a great hit.
Crusted with dijon and fresh herbs, oven-roasted, served with Japanese soy beans and mushroom risotto.

Lasagna

Ingredients:
300 g of lean ground beef
3 bottle of tomato sauce
30 g of mozzarella
3 boiled eggs
5 onions
Instructions:
1. peel and dice the onions
2. caramelized the onions with 1/4 bottle of olive oil
3. add beef when the oil is boiling. add tomato sauce. cook for 30 mins
