Jägerhof Schnitzel House is a cozy family run German house on Lonsdale in North Vancouver. I enjoy the plain Jägerhof Schnitzel the most. Spatzle is always very homemade and german. Always save the room for the Austrian Apple Strudel and the HOT Glu Wine.

- Italian style home-made lasagna

Lasagna

Ingredients:
300 g of lean ground beef
3 bottle of tomato sauce
30 g of mozzarella
3 boiled eggs
5 onions
Instructions:
1. peel and dice the onions
2. caramelized the onions with 1/4 bottle of olive oil
3. add beef when the oil is boiling. add tomato sauce. cook for 30 mins
